Precision Intelligence — Terms of Service
Effective 8 October 2026
These terms govern use of the Precision Intelligence platform and website (the "Service") provided by Precision Intelligence ("Precision"). By using the Service you agree to them. A signed services agreement between Precision and a customer takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
1. Accounts.
You must provide accurate information, keep your login private, and are responsible for activity under your account. A customer is responsible for the people it invites into its organisation.
2. The Service.
Precision provides software that connects to a customer's business systems, monitors operations, drafts proposed actions and, once a person at the customer approves, carries them out. Precision does not act on a customer's behalf without that approval. The customer remains responsible for every action it approves and for the content of messages sent in its name.
3. Customer data and configuration.
The customer owns its data and its configuration (its "pack": settings, prompts, business rules, branding). Precision owns the platform: connectors, agent runtime, orchestration and anything generalisable across customers. Precision may use the customer's data only to provide the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use.
You may not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited bulk communications; to violate telephone, email or privacy laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM and state recording-consent laws); to process regulated data without the required agreements; or to interfere with the Service or other customers.
5. Third-party services.
The Service connects to third-party services (for example Google, Twilio, Resend) under their own terms. Precision is not responsible for those services, and your use of them is subject to their terms.
6. Fees.
Paid plans are billed as set out in the customer's order or services agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as stated there.
7. Availability and support.
Precision aims to keep the Service available and will tell customers about planned maintenance where practical. Support is provided by email at hello@precision-intelligence.ai.
8. Disclaimer.
The Service is provided "as is". Proposals drafted by the Service are suggestions for a person to review; Precision does not warrant that any proposal is correct, complete or appropriate, and the customer is responsible for what it approves. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision disclaims all implied warranties.
9. Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision's total liability arising out of the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees the customer paid for the Service in that period, and Precision is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or lost profits.
10. Termination.
Either party may end a customer's use of the Service as set out in the services agreement or, absent one, on 30 days' notice. Precision may suspend access immediately for a breach of these terms. On termination Precision deletes customer data as described in the Privacy Policy and, on request made within 30 days, provides an export of it.
11. Changes.
Precision may update these terms; material changes will be notified to the customer's account email and take effect 30 days later.
12. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
