Precision Intelligence — Privacy Policy

Effective 8 October 2026

Precision Intelligence ("Precision", "we") builds and operates an AI operations platform for small and mid-sized businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website at precision-intelligence.ai and the Precision platform (the "Service"), including the application at precision-engine.fly.dev and any custom domain a customer uses to reach it.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

Precision Intelligence, Illinois, USA. Privacy questions: hello@precision-intelligence.ai.

2. Information we collect

From visitors to our website. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you send. The Service is for businesses; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. We do not run advertising trackers on the website.

From customers who use the platform. A customer (the business that signs up) connects its own business systems to the Service. Through those connections the Service receives and stores the business's operating records, which can include:

From people who contact a customer's business. If you email, call or message a business that uses Precision, your message, your contact details and (for phone calls) a recording and transcript may be stored in that business's account. The business is the controller of that information; Precision processes it on the business's behalf and under its instructions.

Account and usage information. Login identity (email address), the organisations you belong to, when you last used the Service, and technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps, errors) needed to run and secure the Service.

3. How we use information

Human approval. The Service does not send a message, place a call or create a booking on its own. Every outbound action is a proposal that a person at the customer's business approves first. That rule is enforced in the software, not only in policy.

4. Google user data

If a customer connects a Google account, the Service uses the Google Calendar API to read the customer's calendars and availability and, only after the customer approves a specific booking, to create or update events on the calendar the customer chose. Precision's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, Google user data is used only to provide the calendar features the customer turned on; it is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not used to train generalised AI models. A customer can disconnect Google at any time from the Connected Apps page, which deletes the stored access credentials.

5. AI processing

To draft proposals and answer questions, the Service sends the relevant records (for example an inbound email and the lead's history) to a large-language-model provider. Our provider works under an agreement that prohibits the provider from using our customers' data to train its models. Model output is a proposal; nothing it drafts is sent without approval.

6. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that process it on our behalf, under contract, to run the Service: cloud hosting and database providers in the United States, an identity provider for sign-in, email and telephony providers that deliver the messages and calls a customer approves, Google (when a customer connects a Google account), an AI model provider under terms that prohibit training on customer data, and error-logging and website-hosting providers. A current list of these providers is available to customers on request.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers. We disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Precision, our customers or others.

7. Retention and deletion

Customer records are kept for as long as the customer's account is active or as the customer instructs. The platform includes a "forget" function: when a customer asks to forget a person, that person's identifying details are removed from every record that held them, audit entries are redacted, and pending work for that person is cancelled. Technical logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted. On account closure we delete the customer's data within 30 days, except where we must keep a record by law.

If a business that uses Precision holds information about you and you want it corrected or deleted, contact that business; they can act in the Service directly. You can also write to hello@precision-intelligence.ai and we will pass the request on and assist.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each customer's data is kept in its own database schema. Access inside Precision is limited to what is needed to operate and support the Service. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will notify affected customers without undue delay.

9. Regulated data

Customers in regulated industries (for example healthcare) must not place protected health information in the Service unless a Business Associate Agreement with Precision is in place and the deployment has been configured for it. Contact us before connecting such systems.

10. Changes

We will post any changes here and update the effective date. Material changes affecting customers will also be sent to the customer's account email.
